Gooey Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

1/3 of a cup of Rice Malt Syrup

1/2 a cup of Cacao Powder

1/2 a cup of melted Coconut Oil

1/3 of a cup of Coconut Flour

1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds

Optional extras: Cinnamon (great for balancing blood sugar), Turmeric (anti-inflammatory), Sea-salt (to give it a caramel taste), Shredded coconut as a topping.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. I like to melt my coconut oil by popping the jar in the microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

The mixture should be gooey but if it is too watery, then add more coconut flour.

Wash hands and roll the mixture between hands to get a shape of a ball. You can choose how big or small you like, but with smaller balls, you can get around 22 balls.

Pop in the freezer for around half an hour, keep in your fridge and pop in your mouth whenever you need a sweet treat.
