The Stuart Watkins Podcast - Awaken To Your Fullest Potential
It’s safe to say that most of us have come across Yoga at one point or another in our lives. Perhaps we tried out a class at our local gym or we followed along with a Yoga with Adrienne video on YouTube. Whatever the interaction may have been, for a lot of us, this is where our yogic experience ends.
But this isn’t the case for everyone. For others, Yoga becomes a way of life and they are more than willing to dedicate their lives to the practice so that they can lead themselves down a path of awakening. While this is all well and good, there are many out there who a) have no idea how to start this journey and b) feel like they are going on this journey alone. This is where Stuart Watkins steps in.
Stuart not only has an amazing interactive website that is filled the brim with yogic teachings ranging from videos, audios, books, blog posts, and more, he also has a dedicated podcast created to help those who want to awaken their full potential. Diving into raw conversations with other movers and shakers who are devoted to a life of wellness and creativity, listeners can expect to walk away feeling motivated and perhaps even relieved.
For instance, there are many yoga teachers out there who can feel like a phoney because they may not be as far along in their own journey as they had hoped. Stuart gently reminds his audience that it is perfectly okay for yoga teachers to have their own teachers and mentors and, in fact, this is imperative. The great thing about this message is that sometimes we all feel isolated but there is a community out there who we can connect with whether that be in-person or online.
On top of all of this, Stuart is so open and honest. For many men, they feel like they aren’t able to share certain emotions and this podcast opens a different dialogue where men can feel like they can freely share about their struggles ranging from juggling fatherhood and a yogic practice, to dealing with decreased visibility on social media due to Instagram’s ever-changing algorithms. Whatever the topic or learning area may be, Stuart delivers this in a candid way that is relatable and enjoyable to listen to (he even had a wonderfully soothing voice, BONUS!)
While this is a place where Yoga teachers are certainly able to come, this podcast chats with a whole host of creatives who are all going down their path in different ways and so have different golden nuggets to provide listeners with. This means that any person from any walk of life can get something from Stuart’s podcast and will likely walk away feeling provoked, educated, inspired, and empowered to awaken their fullest potential. All in all, this is the perfect podcast to listen to before bed, while working out at gym, or while commuting to and from work. But however and whenever people do decide to listen, the chances are that people will feel compelled to dive into a more balanced and harmonious existence when they do so.
