My Steady Growth Instagram Schedule

Instagram Support The Thought Chapter

If there’s one thing 17 years in the marketing industry has taught me, it’s that burnout is real — especially now, with the algorithm breathing down all of our necks. I’ve noticed that when I cave to the pressure to perform or post daily just to please the algorithm, I actually end up more stressed and posting less.

So instead, here’s a quick rundown of my weekly marketing tasks for slow, progressive growth — the kind that keeps the needle moving without making you want to throw it all in the bin.

Day 1

Follow 10 relevant accounts

LinkedIn Post

Instagram Post

Add 1 Many Chat Link

Promote One Product in Story

Weekly Analytics

1 Potential Client Reach Out

Work on Digital Product

Day 2

Follow 10 relevant accounts

LinkedIn Post

Instagram Post

Add 1 Many Chat Link

Reco/Tax

Website Work

Day 3

Follow 10 relevant accounts

LinkedIn Post

Instagram Post

Add 1 Many Chat Link

Promote One Product in Story

Clear Emails

I haven’t included Instagram Stories in this schedule, as I prefer a more free-flow approach there. Stories are something I dip into intuitively rather than forcing into a structure.

I also like to spread my posting days out. Most weeks that looks like Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday — but the exact days don’t really matter. What matters is that I’m ticking off three posting days across the week. That flexibility makes this schedule realistic and achievable, which means I’m far more likely to stay consistent long-term.

What about you — does this align with your posting schedule? And if you don’t have one yet, do you think you’ll implement something similar? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
